I liked how much this was a throwback to good ole Newgrounds point and click immersive horror games that focus a good amount on ambiance, atmosphere and immersion - Wanted to leave a comment before uploading my gameplay on it. My only criticism was that being that Bad/Good Ending is relatively the same, that the Good ending has an Epilogue or something more rewarding of an outcome that feels more fleshed out or something that at least informs us what happened? 'Up to interpretation' endings aside, a note? An ending narration? I felt like it lacked at least some kinda substance for the Good Ending - but nonetheless, great game, point and click is a dying breed.
Hi there, thank you so much for playing, and thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you liked the game <3
For the endings, I thought about this a lot, if I wanted to make the difference clearer, or more "on the nose", so to speak, but ultimately decided against it. Maybe I'll change it up a bit more in an update. However, there is one clear distinction hinted at by the endings, one crucial difference about the outcome of the story and the fate of the protagonist ;)
Thank you again, I'm looking forward to your video!
